Blue’s Flooring: formerly Jerry Blue’s Carpetland, started by Jerry and Louise Blue, opened its doors in 1976. They have been providing outstanding customer service, quality products and professional installations since.

Jerry Blue got his start in the industry at a carpet mill in North Carolina in 1959.  He began as a floor sweeper and worked his way up to Supervisor of the Weaving Department before leaving in 1973.

In 2003, it was time to pass the torch to his sons Greg & Jeff.  Greg is an Army Veteran, serving honorably from 1985 – 1988.  When he came home, he came on board as an outside salesperson, which he still is today, along with overseeing the daily operations of the business.  Jeff has been working in the family business since he was 15 years old.  He eventually worked as an installer from 1984 until 2003 when he partnered with Greg as owner.  They both work tirelessly to continue Jerry’s legacy.

Audra Grindol started with the company in January 1997.  Armed with a degree in Interior Design and 6 years of experience at the time, she has been helping residential and commercial customers find inspiration or bring their visions to life.
